Description

A2 stainless steel screws guarantee high corrosion and staining resistance due to the added chromium in the steel. This grade material is difficult to damage.

The Goebel silver slide coating is basically a galvanised layer in which, not only protects the steel underneath, but also helps the tapping action run smoothly in that the screw can tap smoothly and easily. Furthermore, this coating has excellent corrosion resistance, high levels of strength, flexibility and hardness and is also highly resistant to weathering.

The full thread on the screw means that the screw can simply tap its own hole into materials as it is driven in. For this reason, these screws are often used with hard substrates.

The slotted head means that only a slotted head screwdriver can be used with this. Also, the force is applied to the diagonally opposite outer edges of the head therefore is not suitable for high torque application. These screws are often used in woodworking application.
