Banding
The BS Stainless Group sells stainless steel banding to a range of industries including construction, engineering, catering and other applications. Produced in the UK, stainless steel banding from the BS Stainless Group is all over the world.
We are proud to have partnerships with world-renowned UK manufacturers and suppliers, such as JCS Hi-Torque.
We also manufacture and supply our own range of stainless steel banding - the Bandfix®. Details of this are below.
Bandfix® Stainless Steel Banding
It is the brand name for BS Fixings' range of fixing products and stainless steel bandfix banding manufactured in the UK. They can be used in conjunction with Bandfix® seals, banding buckles, expansion springs, compression springs (Mighty) and banding tools.
They provide an excellent fastening system to suit any demands of industrial applications.
The Bandfix® range covers multiple applications and solutions. We have always supplied mill-run coils of Bandfix®Industrial Insulation Banding supplied in around 15-20 kgs for use on industrial oil and gas projects used to secure cladding or jacketing used in thermal insulation.
Our new developments include Bandfix® value band. This is a lightweight solution for clamping and fixing supplied in 30mtr / 100 ft coils supplied in grades 304 and 316.
These are edge-dressed and individually packed in the Bandfix® Handycarry box.
Also, there is the Bandfix® sign banding. This is a heavier-duty sign banding designed to be used mainly in the signpost industry but also used to secure secondary items like bins, and cables.
Manufactured using grade 201 stainless steel and is fixed using Bandfix® buckles and tools.
