If you are unhappy with the product you have received, for any reason, do not worry. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us you wish to return your items and receive a full refund (ex. delivery and card fees) in line with our terms and conditions.
Updated Return Policy
We understand that due to COVID-19 it has become increasingly difficult to send and receive goods. That is why we have altered our returns policy, to give our customers 30 days to notify us that they wish to return their purchased goods, rather than 30 days in which to return them.
How do I return my goods?
If you wish to return the goods you have purchased from us, there are a few steps you need to follow:
- Ensure that the item/s are in the condition you received them in (new and unused)
- If there is a fault with the item/s please contact one of our specialist team to specify the fault
- You must notify us that you wish to return the goods within 30 days of the date of purchase
- Once you have notified us, please return the goods in either the packaging we sent them in, or packaging of equal quality, to ensure that they are protected suitably for transportation
- We recommend that you send your item/s by recorded or special delivery, as it remains your responsibility until it reaches us
- Once we have received the item/s and we are happy that they are in the condition we sent them out in, or we can identify the fault, we will refund you the full amount (ex. delivery and card fees)
