If you are unhappy with the product you have received, for any reason, do not worry. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us you wish to return your items and receive a full refund (ex. delivery and card fees) in line with our terms and conditions.

How do I return my goods?

If you wish to return the goods you have purchased from us, there are a few steps you need to follow:

1. Please print out and fill in our returns form and send it back with the returned items - Returns Form
2. Ensure that the item/s are in the condition you received them in (new and unused)
3. If there is a fault with the item/s please contact one of our specialist team to specify the fault
4. Please return the goods in either the packaging we sent them in or packaging of equal quality, to ensure that they are protected suitably for transportation
5. We recommend that you send your item/s by recorded or special delivery, as it remains your responsibility until it reaches us
6. Once we have received the item/s and we are happy that they are in the condition we sent them out in, or we can identify the fault, we will refund you the full amount (ex. delivery and card fees)
