New Wall Tie Products Now Available
The BS Fixings product portfolio has once again been extended with the addition of several new items to our collection of wall ties. Check out our website for more details about these new products, which are:
Made from top-quality stainless steel, our new Heavy Duty Flat Safety Ties are designed to firmly secure two leaves of a cavity wall system together. They are perfect for use in full fill cavities where there is no necessity to prevent moisture from travelling across the cavity's width.
Designed for use when the cross-cavity migration of moisture must be prevented, stainless steel Heavy Duty Dripped Safety Ties have an integral drip feature to met this requirement. As standard, the drip position is located 90mm from the safety end.
Where the cavity between masonry walls is wider than usual, standard wall ties may not be large enough to bridge the gap. Two Part Wall Ties are the solution to this issue.
Also referred to as 'movement ties' due to their use over movement joints in a run of brickwork, Safety Plain End Ties combine control in one direction with the enabling of movement in the other direction. These ties are intended for use in conjunction debonding sleeves, which are also available from BS Fixings.
