Our Seagull Prevention Spikes protect ledges, roofs and chimneys from large birds, such as Seagulls. The spikes are made from high quality 304 grade stainless steel, ensuring no rusting will occur.

Length
The Bird Spikes are sold in metres. Each metre consists of three 33.4 cm (13 inches) sections. For shorter lengths, the base of the product can be snapped into lengths from just 3cm (1 inch) long. The base has 9 snappable sections, making it easy to customise the length.

This product will protect ledges with a depth of up to 27.5 cm (11 inches). If the ledge is wider, a second set of spikes can be attached, leaving a very small gap between the pin tops.

Each 334mm section has 20 pins made from grade 304 stainless steel. The individual pins are 15 cm (6 inch) long, perfect for deterring big birds such as seagulls.

How to Install

Our Seagull Spikes are very simple to install. We recommend using Bird Spike Fixing Silicone to attach the base of the spike strips to the ledge for a quick and permanent fix. Each section (334mm) of the product has 11 cross-shaped holes along the base. When using fixing silicone the adhesive will go through the holes, forming cross shaped rivets. This locks the spikes in place. The holes can also be used to nail or screw the product to the surface.

There is a £10 minimum order spend.

The deliveries below are for mainland UK, for Highlands, Channel and offshore islands an extra charge per consignment will be applied as below, we can also arrange Saturday delivery at extra cost.

Returns

In the unlikely circumstance that your order isn't exactly what you required then you can return any item in exchange for a full refund. The item must be unused, undamaged and be returned within 28 days of when you placed your order. The item must be delivered back to our depot at your expense and with your order number included.

Opening Hours

We are open Monday to Friday 8.30 AM - 5 PM so any orders outside of those hours including weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Late Delivery?

We will always aim to get delivery on time but as we are dependant on a courier service we can never completely guarantee this. If we hear that your delivery will be delayed then we will keep you updated as to its whereabouts. All deliveries must be signed for and it is vital that you examine your parcel before signing for it, otherwise it may result in the carrier denying any responsibility for loss or damage that you later discover, then no claims can be accepted.
