RSJ Sign Clamps for Fixing Signs to Steel Beams and Rolled Steel Joists
- RSJ sign clamps provide a simple and secure way to mount channelled signs directly onto rolled steel joists, steel beams and gantries without the need to drill into the steelwork
- Each clamp is supplied complete with the required fixing set, making installation straightforward on site
- These clamps are designed to be used with sign channel fixed to the rear of the sign panel
- The square head bolt slides into the sign channel, the RSJ clamp is then fitted with the washer and Nyloc nut, and once the sign is positioned against the beam the clamp is rotated behind the flange and tightened into place. This gives a firm mechanical fixing suitable for sign mounting applications on exposed steel sections
- The small clamp is intended for standard RSJ sign fixing applications, while the large or gantry clamp is designed for deeper beam sections where additional reach is needed behind the web

How to use

Fix sign channel to the rear of the sign panel

Slide the supplied M8 square head bolt into the sign channel

Fit the RSJ clamp onto the bolt

Add the washer and Nyloc nut, leaving the fixing slightly loose

Offer the sign up to the RSJ or steel beam

Rotate the clamp so it hooks securely behind the flange of the beam

Tighten the nut evenly until the sign is firmly secured
