These Insulated CDF (Capacitor Discharge Fastening) Weld Pins are designed for securely attaching foil-faced insulation to sheet metal ducting, panels, and enclosures.

Each pin is made from 2.7mm copper-plated steel and fitted with a cupped insulated head that prevents weld-through or thermal damage to foil facings.
- The cupped plastic head improves energy absorption during the weld and ensures clean, professional installation.

A 30mm galvanised stamped washer is attached to hold the insulation firmly in place, making these pins suitable for HVAC systems and industrial insulation applications.
