The JCP polymer-reinforced cement-based anchor grout consists of two parts: a powder component and a liquid component. The powder is a blend of Portland cement, high-quality graded silica sands, and various admixtures. The liquid component is a styrene-butadiene copolymer, serving as the gauging liquid for the entire mixture. The packaging comes in a plastic pail, which also serves as the mixing vessel.
The premeasured weights in the package are ready for mixing, forming a pumpable grout that should be used as is, without any part mixing.
To use, the grout is pumped into place using a pumpable mortar cartridge gun. It's important to use each filling of the gun within 5 minutes to prevent thickening. Additionally, the product in the pail needs to be mixed each time a gun filling is carried out. This ensures proper consistency and application of the grout.

Republic of Ireland
All shipments going to republic of ireland will be sent on DAP terms. Please note that when the goods arrive in ROI the customer will be required to pay import tax and any necessary import duties before the goods are released.
For Highlands, Channel and offshore islands there is an extra charge per consignment that will be shown at the checkout stage.
