Long Length Frame Cramp Wall Ties

• Long Length Frame Cramp Wall Ties with Drip are designed for lateral restraint applications where wider cavities require an extended frame cramp length.
• Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, they are available in lengths from 325mm to 450mm and are supplied in convenient packs of 10.

Available Options

Type 1 – Heavy Duty

• The Type 1 VE7D frame cramp is the heavy-duty option. It is manufactured using a larger section of stainless steel to provide increased tensile and compressive performance for more demanding applications, including situations where higher loads need to be accommodated.

Type 2 – General Purpose

• The Type 2 VE7D frame cramp provides a general-purpose solution for lateral restraint applications requiring longer frame cramp lengths. It extends the standard VE7D range to accommodate wider cavity construction.

Both Type 1 and Type 2 are available in:

• 325mm

• 350mm

• 375mm

• 400mm

• 425mm

• 450mm

Each selected size is supplied as a pack of 10 frame cramps.

Designed for Wider Cavities

The increasing use of thicker insulation can result in wider cavity widths where conventional frame cramp lengths may not provide sufficient reach.

These extended-length frame cramps provide options up to 450mm long, making them suitable for wide and super-cavity construction where a longer lateral restraint fixing is required.

Integral Drip

Each frame cramp incorporates a drip positioned 90mm from the safety end. The drip is designed to help prevent moisture from travelling along the frame cramp and crossing the cavity.
