All of us here at BS fixings would like to thank our customers for using Trustpilot to review our level of service, helping us to achieve an excellent rating with an average score of 4.9 out of 5 which is a touch higher than the 4.8 we previously reported.

We initially set ourselves a target of attracting 50 reviews which we have now smashed, so a big thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback.

We love hearing your feedback and although we have achieved some excellent ratings, we understand that there is always room for improvement, and we will not be sitting back thinking we have achieved our goal. One thing that separates us from our competitors is our service, with next day delivery on all orders placed before 12:30, free delivery on orders over £50 ex vat, and friendly voices at the end of the phone, ready to help any of our customers with their fixings, fasteners, and DIY needs.
