Ancon Staifix HRT4 Housing Wall Tie – Box of 250
· Designed for cavities ranging from 50mm to 175mm
· Applicable in the construction of residential houses up to a height of 10 metres, though altitude and wind speed limitations may apply.
· It has been demonstrated in testing that the HRT4 achieves a dynamic stiffness of less than 4.8MN/m3 when installed at a typical density of 2.5 ties per square meter – therefore suitable for internal separating (party) walls in new-build attached homes.
· Compatible with all approved robust details for cavity masonry separating walls, including both traditional and thin-joint blockwork. Using these details removes the requirement for pre-completion sound testing.
UKCA and CE Marked and can be used in line with NHBC standards
