Installation Guidance
Perforated base insulation pins must be installed using a suitable insulation adhesive.
Installation steps:

Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from grease

Apply approved insulation adhesive to the perforated base

Press firmly onto the duct or metal surface

Allow full curing time as per adhesive manufacturer guidelines

Install insulation and secure using supplied retaining washer
Pin length should exceed insulation thickness to allow compression and washer fitting.
